Mono Earrings — Single Statement
What a mono earring is
One earring, worn alone or against something different in the other ear. Not half a pair sold separately — a piece designed on the assumption that ears do not have to match.
Fifty-four pieces here, from 1.6 to 8 grams. Buying one is the normal case, not the exception.
Why asymmetry reads as a decision
A matched pair is a set: it says the wearer bought a set. A single earring, or two that do not agree, says someone chose each side. That is the whole argument, and it is why most of what STRUGA makes for the ear is sold by the piece.
It also means you can build across families — a THORN stud on one side, a BLADE pin on the other — instead of committing to one form twice.
What is in this collection
Thirty-eight belong to AMULET, built around raw uncut stones: tourmaline in twenty-five, aquamarine in nine, quartz in three. Twenty-seven carry THORN — the third form of the brand, a thorn with sharp angles, bringing together CNC and 3D-modelling.
Beside them: seven from BLADE, five from EXPERIMENTAL, four from SIGNATURE HEART.
Weight decides comfort
From 1.6 to 8 grams — a factor of five. Under 2 grams a piece stops registering within an hour; over 6 it stays present all day, which for a single earring is often the point.
Where a piece holds a raw stone, the crystal sets the final mass. Two earrings of the same model can differ, because no two stones grew alike.
Silver that ages
925 sterling silver without rhodium plating. It darkens in recesses and brightens where it rubs, so an earring worn daily separates visually from one worn occasionally. Silver cleaner reverses it whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
Are these sold as single earrings?
Yes. Each listing is one earring - designed on the assumption that ears do not have to match.
Can I buy two and wear them as a pair?
Yes, order the same listing twice. But most of these are built to work against a different piece in the other ear.
How heavy are they?
From 1.6 to 8 grams. Under 2 grams a piece stops registering within an hour; over 6 it stays present all day.
Which stones are used?
Tourmaline in twenty-five pieces, aquamarine in nine, quartz in three. All raw and uncut, set in the shape they grew in.
Will two of the same model be identical?
Not where a raw stone is involved. The crystal sets the final mass and appearance, and no two grew alike.
Will the silver darken?
Yes - it is 925 without rhodium plating. Silver cleaner returns it to light whenever you want.
