RETURNS

Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage. Shipping costs are paid back by us, as far as instructions are carefully followed.

If you wish to return an item, please contact Black Dove Manufacturing via email at contact@strugadesign.com and we will provide the RAN (Return Authorization Number) and instructions for shipping the item back. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by us.
