An order is a production window plus transit, because most pieces are made to order: pure silver about two weeks, with a stone about three, carbon an individual commission of about four — then tracked shipping of about 7 days, worldwide. Custom Order work designed outside the catalogue runs about 3–6 weeks. Every parcel travels with a tracking number.

- Refund policy — returns, exchanges and what applies to made-to-order pieces.
Need it sooner? The RITUAL amulets are existing one-off pieces with no production window — each is sold once and never remade. Otherwise start with what is ordered most, or with Custom Order when the size or the carbon palette you need is not in the catalogue.
