About STRUGA. STRUGA is a dark silver jewelry brand founded by Dmitry Strugovshchikov and Ekaterina Strugovshchikova, handcrafted in our Bali workshop by master silversmiths. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, naturally oxidized or hand-patinated. The darkening is part of the design. It is a brutalist object that reacts and changes through contact with the environment and the wearer.

How much does the earring weigh, and how is it worn?
The earring is 5.27 grams of 925 sterling silver. It is a mono-earring: worn alone, on one ear. You can order a second separately or leave one side bare — a single earring as a mark.
What does "two families in one earring" mean?
The earring itself is BLADE: a sharp, angular form in 925 silver with a CNC-machined aesthetic. Attached to it is the Fused Mini Line pendant, where the melted silver of the FUSED family spreads across carbon. So BLADE and carbon meet on a single ear.
What is Bloody Graphite carbon, and why is every plate different?
Bloody Graphite is one of STRUGA's six in-house carbon palettes: red surfaces through black and graphite. The carbon is layered and cut from sheet, so the pattern of the layers is unique to each plate — no two are alike. It is light, unbothered by water, and does not change over time.
Why does the silver darken while the carbon doesn't, and how do I care for it?
The silver surface is Living Silver — 925 without rhodium plating: the earring arrives light and darkens from air and skin. Recesses in the relief darken; friction lightens the raised edges. Patina is a property, not a defect, and you can return the metal to its lighter state with a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. The carbon does not darken — simply wipe it clean. Avoid aggressive chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
What are the BLADE and FUSED families?
BLADE is STRUGA's second form, from the CODEX world: sharp facets and flat planes, the CNC-machining aesthetic of sheet metal in silver. FUSED is a family of the LAB world: melted silver without defined facets, which at times spreads across another material. In this earring, FUSED is the pendant, where silver is brought together with carbon.
