Is RITUAL a family or a collection?
RITUAL is a world, not a family. It is the dark, spiritual register of STRUGA, and it holds three families: AMULET (the core of the world), CARBON (where the brand began), and MOSAIC (joined materials). When you open a specific family, you are inside RITUAL — one level below the world.
Is oxidized silver the same as Living Silver?
No. Living Silver is a property: uncoated 925 sterling silver that darkens on its own over time. Oxidation is a technique: the metal is darkened deliberately in the workshop. RITUAL is the only STRUGA world that carries pre-oxidized pieces, but it also holds clean silver — no plating, no oxidation.
What is a Thorn Amulet — is that the THORN family?
No. A Thorn Amulet is a type of amulet within the AMULET family of the RITUAL world: a raw stone suspended in a thorn frame. The THORN family is a separate thing and belongs to the CODEX world. Same word, different objects — one is an amulet type here, the other a family in another world.
Why are the stone amulets called one-of-one?
Every raw tourmaline, quartz, or aquamarine differs in cut, color, and geology, so no two amulets are alike. The stones are taken as material and cultural reference only — what a piece means is decided by its owner. If an archive piece is gone, you can commission a new object in the same direction, built around a different raw stone.
What is the patina on RITUAL silver?
Patina is a property of 925 sterling silver, not a flaw. On uncoated silver — Living Silver — it appears as the surface reacts and darkens, and it reads as a map of wear, not damage. Oxidized pieces are dark from the start. Both are silver behaving like silver.
