What are the objects made of?
925 sterling silver, like everything at STRUGA. It is Living Silver: it lives and darkens on its own over time. The motifs of this world lean toward bare silver, local stone, raw surfaces, weight and archaic forms. Where stones are involved, we speak only of material and geology — no promised effects.
Are Living Silver and oxidized silver the same thing?
No. Living Silver is a property: 925 sterling with no rhodium plating, it darkens on its own as you wear it, building a patina — a map of wear, not a defect. Oxidizing is a technique: the metal is darkened deliberately, in the workshop, before you ever touch it. One happens over time; the other is done in advance.
Is this a Balinese tourist souvenir?
