Carbon needs no polishing. The silver elements (Living Silver) darken and develop a patina over time — this is by design; the silver can be cleaned separately if you wish. |
THE STORY OF THIS PIECE
The second form of the brand — a CNC aesthetic in silver. BLADE began with a chain link: even planes, as if cut from sheet material. From links like these grew the brand’s first massive bracelet; the BLADE form lives in bracelets, chains, chokers, a pin, an earring and an ear cuff.
Read the BLADE form story→STRUGA began with CARBON. Multi-layered matte carbon: ultralight, unafraid of water, unchanged by time — the counterweight to living silver. The brand has its own line of signature carbon: six Graphite palettes, a CNC aesthetic, cut from sheet material. CARBON was almost never purely carbon — alongside it, with other materials set in, the MOSAIC family was born.
Read the CARBON form story→MOSAIC — the aesthetic of combining materials. In MOSAIC, carbon is joined with silver, with meteorite, with brass, with copper, with steel. One is set into another, joined with a third in a single plane — and a composition of materials is the result.
Read the MOSAIC form story→FUSED — the aesthetic of molten metal: pieces have no clear borders, angles or edges, and the whole surface is wavy and melted. Sometimes a piece is fully melted and made of silver alone; sometimes melted silver spreads across another material.

Form: an angular BLADE frame and a rectangular drop with a light strip down the centre.
Total weight: 5.27 g. Price: $225. Made to order in about four weeks.
Care: carbon needs no polishing; the silver elements can be cleaned separately.
An angular frame, an uneven edge and a straight line
The top and drop of Blade Fused Mini Line Bloody follow different shapes. The BLADE frame has corners and short, straight edges. Below it, an uneven metal edge sits above the carbon plate. The lower part returns to straight geometry: a long rectangle with a light line and the STRUGA name down its centre. Red remains visible on both sides of that line.
Bloody is one of STRUGA’s six carbon palettes. Here, a red pattern shows against black. The silver elements darken over time: they are Living Silver, 925 silver without rhodium plating. The matte black-and-red carbon contrasts with the metal edge and the light strip.
FUSED describes the meeting of silver and carbon; MOSAIC brings different materials into one element. Together with BLADE and CARBON, these families describe how the earring is composed. The object’s own worlds are RITUAL and ISLAND ARTIFACTS.
Which BLADE earring to choose
These three models share the BLADE form, with different materials and total weights. The table gives the weight of each complete earring, including all its parts.

Choose Mini Line Bloody for its red carbon and long drop. The two silver alternatives have different shapes: their photographs let you compare the objects themselves. Consider the weight alongside the earring length and fit you are used to wearing.
How to wear a single earring
Blade Fused Mini Line Bloody can be your only earring, leaving a red plate visible on one side of the face. If you already wear something in the other ear, try it beside a short silver form. Different lengths keep the arrangement asymmetric. Another option is to repeat the earring’s straight line in a ring or pendant, keeping colour in just one object.
An open collar leaves the whole drop in view; a high black collar brings out the red pattern in the carbon. These are ways to combine it, with the choice left to the wearer. The Asymmetry Atlas explores other arrangements of different forms. The Drop Earrings Atlas compares silhouettes, while the earring styles guide covers hoops, studs and drops. For changes to the object, use Custom Order: feasibility and timing are discussed for the specific request.
