BearRabbit is STRUGA's experiment in designing a beautiful monster — arms, legs, and a split head grafted onto the same form the brand uses to build chains and bracelets. The limbs dangle freely; the figure moves with its wearer. The earring's body is half of a BLADE Mini Link. Cast from a wax model in 925 silver, each limb sculpted individually before assembly. 925 sterling silver.

Finish: Living Silver — the metal darkens on its own with air and skin; patina is a property, not a defect. About STRUGA. STRUGA is a dark silver jewelry brand founded by Dmitry and Ekaterina Strugovshchikov, handcrafted in our Bali workshop by master silversmiths. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, naturally oxidized or hand-patinated. The darkening is part of the design. It is a brutalist object that reacts and changes through contact with the environment and the wearer.

How much does the earring weigh, and will it pull on the earlobe?
The earring is 5.14 grams of 925 sterling silver. It is a single earring — a mono piece. The weight is noticeable, but it does not drag on the lobe. It sits in one ear as an object that stands on its own.
What is BearRabbit?
BearRabbit is a creature from STRUGA's experiments: half bear, half rabbit. Its body is one half of a Blade Mini Link chain link, onto which arms, legs and a split head are grafted. The limbs hang free and move with you. Two characters in one small figure.
Why is the body made from a Blade chain link?
BLADE is the form STRUGA builds its chains and bracelets from: a link in a CNC aesthetic, with flat, even planes, as if cut from sheet metal. BearRabbit's body is that same form — one half of a Blade Mini Link. The creature is assembled out of the brand's own language rather than drawn as something separate.
Why does the silver darken, and how do I care for it?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 sterling silver without rhodium plating. The earring arrives light and darkens with air and skin: the recesses of the relief deepen, while friction lightens the raised edges. The patina is a property, not a defect. You can bring the metal back to the light with simple care: a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
Is the earring sold singly or as a pair?
This is a mono earring — one object for one ear. BearRabbit is conceived as a companion that stands alone, not as half of a symmetrical pair. Alongside it are other earrings from the BLADE family, so you can compose your own combination for the second ear.
