One-of-one ritual amulets — earrings and necklaces built around a raw, wild-growth natural stone. The Amulet family spans two models: the Thorn frame and the Classic cylinder. Every piece is unique in stone, colour, and character.

The large (L) scale of Double Thorn — two cast silver torpedoes locked side by side, each holding its own tourmaline.
Doubled volume amplifies the THORN design code: two edged forms together, cuts aligned, stones distinct. The tourmalines in #2 come from the same mineral family — seven-plus colour varieties built on one crystal structure — but no two are cut or coloured alike. A wax model, a silicone form, 925 silver, and hand finishing in the workshop. Uncoated silver will darken in the recesses, keep the ridges bright.

About STRUGA. STRUGA is a dark silver jewelry brand founded by Dmitry Strugovshchikov and Ekaterina Strugovshchikova, handcrafted in our Bali workshop by master silversmiths. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, naturally oxidized or hand-patinated. The darkening is part of the design. It is a brutalist object that reacts and changes through contact with the environment and the wearer.

How much does the earring weigh, and how does it sit on the ear?
The earring is 7 grams of 925 sterling silver, made for a single ear. This is a large format: the weight is present, yet it does not drag on the lobe. It is sold as one mono-earring, not as a pair.
Is this a pair of earrings or a single one?
A single earring, for one ear. Double Thorn means two Thorn Amulet forms within one earring, not two earrings in a set. Wear it on its own or alongside other STRUGA silver.
What stones are in the earring, and do they promise any effect?
Each of the two forms holds an uncut tourmaline of wild growth: the stone grew in its natural shape, without faceting. Tourmalines differ in colour and pattern, so no two pieces repeat one another. Here the stone is the material and the form of the object, not a promise of any effect.
Why does the silver darken, and how should it be cared for?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 silver without rhodium plating. The earring arrives light and darkens with air and skin: the recesses of the relief deepen, while friction lightens the raised edges. On a double form with cuts, the patina reads clearly. Patina is a property, not a defect. You can bring the metal back to the light through care: a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Do not use harsh chemicals or ultrasonic baths.
