What the catalogue actually holds

Six object types, 134 pieces between them, and one thing they share: the metal is solid 925 sterling silver, never plated and never silver-filled. Trying a piece on decides more than any photograph can: weight is the one property a screen cannot transmit, and a 5-gram ring and a 20-gram one differ by whether the hand notices the object all day.

Getting the size right before ordering

• Condition. Unworn, unaltered, complete, in the original packaging. Every piece is photographed before it ships and a hand-finished surface is individual — what comes back has to be what went out.
• Shipping on an exchange is on the sender, both ways.
• Statutory rights stand. Where the law of the buyer's country grants a mandatory right of return on a distance purchase, it applies untouched.
• Damaged, defective or wrong: both the return and the replacement are on STRUGA. Photograph the parcel and the piece and write within 48 hours of delivery.
• Final sale covers Custom Order, engraving and custom sizing — pieces made to one person's specification.
• Lifetime care. Cleaning and minor repair are free for as long as the piece is owned; shipping to the workshop is on the owner. Patina is not a defect and is removed only on request.
