The first form of the brand
The first form of the brand. STRUGA began with it — and so did the project's central experiment: take one form and carry it across different types of pieces.
The aesthetic came from CNC-cut sheet material — sharp edges, even planes, recessed depth. STRUGA was the first to translate that language into a design of its own.
One form across everything
That experiment is what this page shows. Twenty-seven pieces and seven different object types: eleven necklaces, five ear cuffs, three rings, three earrings, two bracelets, two chains, one choker. The same geometry, resized and rebuilt for each.
From the pendant the form moved into construction: a chain link, a toggle clasp with its counterpart, a carabiner bail.
Weight: from almost nothing to a full object
From 0.3 grams — a carbon ear cuff, the lightest thing made here — to 40 grams for a full silver necklace. Same form, a factor of more than a hundred in mass.
That spread is the whole point of carrying one shape across materials: carbon gives the form at a mass silver cannot reach, silver gives it presence carbon cannot.
Silver and carbon side by side
Nine of the twenty-seven are carbon; the rest are 925 sterling silver without rhodium plating.
Silver lives — it darkens where it is touched and brightens where it rubs, so the recessed depth of the CNC form becomes more legible with wear, not less. Carbon is unchanged by time and unafraid of water: it stays exactly as it left the bench.
Where the family goes next
Five pieces here belong to SIGNATURE HEART — the fifth form of the brand, STRUGA's own heart: half smooth, half angular, joining two completely different hearts into one. Eleven carry EXPERIMENTAL from the LAB world.
Care
Cloth or silver cleaner returns silver to light. A scotch pad takes off the top layer of a matte surface and sets a new matte at the same time — both reversible. Carbon needs nothing. Take silver off before the pool.
Frequently asked questions
What is SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC?
The first form of the brand, where STRUGA began. The aesthetic came from CNC-cut sheet material - sharp edges, even planes, recessed depth.
Why does the same form appear on so many different pieces?
That is the project's central experiment: take one form and carry it across different types of pieces. This page shows it across seven object types.
How light or heavy can it get?
From 0.3 grams for a carbon ear cuff to 40 grams for a full silver necklace - the same form at a factor of more than a hundred in mass.
Which pieces are carbon and which are silver?
Nine of the twenty-seven are carbon; the rest are 925 sterling silver without rhodium plating. Each listing states the material.
What is SIGNATURE HEART?
The fifth form of the brand - STRUGA's own heart: half smooth, half angular, joining two completely different hearts into one.
Does the silver need polishing?
Only if you want it lighter. The darkening makes the recessed depth of the form more legible; silver cleaner reverses it at any time.
