How much does the ring weigh, and how does it sit on the hand?
The weight depends on the size: 6.0 g at 16 mm inner diameter and up to 13.0 g at 22 mm. You feel the weight on the finger, but it never pulls at the hand. Two rows of links cover the whole phalanx. The form is unisex and made for everyday wear.
Why is the ring called Double Line?
The ring carries two parallel rows of links running side by side — hence the double line. The link itself is the SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC form, the first form of the brand. The links run into one another, so the ring reads as a length of chain rather than a solid band.
Is it an open ring, and how do I choose my size?
Yes, it is an open ring: a gap stays between the two ends of the band and the form holds by grip. The size here is the inner diameter in millimetres, from 16 to 22 mm. Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already sits the way you want on that finger and pick the nearest value; between two sizes, take the smaller one.
Why does the silver darken, and how do I care for it?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 sterling silver with no rhodium plating. The ring arrives light and darkens with air and skin: the recesses between the links deepen, while friction lifts the raised faces back to light. Patina is a property, not a defect. To bring the metal back to the light, care for it with a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
What is the SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC family?
SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC is the first form of STRUGA, from the CODEX world. Its aesthetic came out of CNC machining of sheet material: sharp edges, even planes, recessed cuts. STRUGA carries this single form across different types of pieces — from pendant to chain link to clasp — making it the most widely represented form in the brand. Handmade in Bali, Indonesia.
