The first form of the brand — and the form that began STRUGA’s central experiment: one form carried across different types of pieces, from a pendant to a carabiner. The aesthetic came from CNC-cut sheet material — sharp edges, even planes, recessed depth. It is the most widely represented form in the brand.

A pendant in 925 silver on a chain, 40 grams, unisex. The form is a flat wedge-shaped plate — a wide top, a diagonal bevel, a sharp lower corner — with torn edges and the whole plane cut through with gouges running in every direction. SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC is the first form of the brand: sharp edges, even planes, recessed depth — an aesthetic that came from CNC-cut sheet material. The family started with a pendant, and there were many. Asymmetric Destroyed is a broken version of that form in a dark register. The plate is flat, but the plane is not smooth: deep gouges run across it in every direction, and the edges are left rough, with no finished line. The destruction here is the intent, not a flaw.
925 silver is 92.5% pure silver. The dark tone was set in advance, at the bench: this is oxidation — a technique, not patina from time. The oxidation settles into the recesses while the raised edges and the gouges stay lighter, and that is what draws the surface. There is no rhodium on the silver, so the metal keeps reacting to air and skin after the purchase too: friction lightens what stands out, the recesses go darker still. Living Silver describes that property of the metal, not the dark tone; the tone here was set by hand.
How it is made: the form is modelled first — in 3D or by hand in wax. A silicone mould is taken from the wax model and the silver is cast. From there the object goes to hand finishing: the surface is worked with a tool, the edges are left uneven, the metal is darkened.
