About STRUGA. STRUGA is a dark silver jewelry brand founded by Dmitry Strugovshchikov and Ekaterina Strugovshchikova, handcrafted in our Bali workshop by master silversmiths. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, naturally oxidized or hand-patinated. The darkening is part of the design. It is a brutalist object that reacts and changes through contact with the environment and the wearer.

How much does the ear cuff weigh, and how does it feel on the ear?
The cuff is 1.6 grams of 925 sterling silver, size M. It is light, and you barely feel it on the ear. A medium proportion: the form reads clearly, but it doesn't pull all the attention to itself.
Do I need a pierced ear to wear the cuff?
No. The cuff sits on the edge of the ear without a piercing and holds by its curve. Wear it on its own, in a pair with earrings, or together with STRUGA chains.
How does size M differ from size L?
It is the same SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC link in two proportions. M is the medium size: it reads on the ear without dominating, and slips easily under a collar. L is larger and more present.
Why does the silver darken, and how do I care for it?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 silver without rhodium plating. The cuff arrives light and darkens from air and skin: the recesses of the relief deepen, while friction lightens the raised edges. The patina is a property, not a defect. You can bring the metal back to the light with care: a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
