THE STORY OF THIS PIECE
The first form of the brand — and the form that began STRUGA’s central experiment: one form carried across different types of pieces, from a pendant to a carabiner. The aesthetic came from CNC-cut sheet material — sharp edges, even planes, recessed depth. It is the most widely represented form in the brand.

STRUGA began with pendants of exactly this kind: a carbon plate with inserts of copper, brass, steel and meteorite. The MOSAIC family grew out of that early work, and the carbon palette the brand still uses was chosen there. The Seymchan fragment carries the Widmanstätten pattern — a crystalline structure formed over millions of years of slow cooling in space. No process reproduces it, so no two fragments repeat. The plate is cut on CNC from multi-layered sheet, each inlay sits in its own recess flush with the surface, and the silver bar carries the engraved name.

How heavy is the Asymmetric Fused Bloody, and how does it sit on the body?
The piece weighs 80 g in total. Most of that mass sits in the stainless steel beads strung along the 75 cm cord, not in the pendant: the plate is thin and flat, so the weight is spread across the shoulders rather than hanging from one point. It sits low, to mid-torso, and reads over a layer rather than at the collar. You feel the object all day — that is intended — but it does not press.
Can I order a different cord length or a different carbon palette?
Yes, both. The standard is a 75 cm braided cord with stainless steel beads; a shorter or longer one is set at no extra cost, if the length is named before the work starts. Because the plate is carbon, a repeat is assembled as an individual order in any case: the palette is chosen from the six of the brand — Classic, Bloody, Toxic, Arctic, Winter, Multy Graphite — and the balance of metals in the inlays is agreed on the drawing. The Signature Asymmetric silhouette stays; everything around it can shift.
How do I care for the meteorite, the copper and the carbon fiber together?
Three materials, three behaviours. The Seymchan meteorite is iron-nickel and will rust if left wet: wipe it dry after sweat or rain, and once a month rub a thin film of mineral or gun oil over it. The copper and the silver bar keep darkening — that is the Living Silver logic, and it is intended. The carbon plate needs nothing at all. Keep the piece out of showers, pools and ultrasonic cleaners. Store it flat, not coiled tight.
Is it built for daily wear, or is this more of a statement piece?
Built for daily wear. The plate is structural carbon, each inlay is seated in its own recess level with the surface, and the Seymchan is stable once oiled. The cord and the beads are replaceable if they ever wear through. Nothing here is decorative only: the object is made to be worn as an inseparable attribute — under a shirt, over a jacket, through work and travel.
