Frequently asked questions
How much does the bracelet weigh and how does it sit on the wrist?
The Blade Pins bracelet is 16.66 grams of 925 sterling silver, one size, 21.5 cm. The weight is spread along a chain of pins: the bracelet registers on the wrist, but it does not drag on the hand.
What is a Blade Pin?
A Blade Pin is the smallest self-contained element of the BLADE family: a straight silver shaft capped with half of a Mini Link. It is the plane that defines the whole BLADE family. In this bracelet the pin is repeated into a chain, pin to pin.
What is the BLADE family?
BLADE is STRUGA's second form, from the CODEX world. The family began as a single chain link: flat, even planes, as if cut from sheet material. It is a CNC aesthetic in silver — this is about the look, not the method. One form lives across bracelets, chains and chokers, and in the Blade Pin itself.
Why does the silver darken, and how do I care for it?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 sterling silver without rhodium plating. The bracelet arrives light and darkens with air and skin: the recesses of the relief darken, while friction lightens the raised edges. Patina is a property, not a defect. You can return the metal to its light with care: a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
Can I wear the bracelet every day?
Yes. 925 sterling silver is made for everyday wear. The chain of pins stays supple, so the bracelet sits easily in daily use. Over time the metal darkens and gathers patina — this is part of the design; whenever you like, care returns the metal to its light.
