For a commission, narrow the list by area and by the work you need, such as casting. Send a sketch and specify the metal and quantity. For a class, pick a location and check with the instructor what the fee covers.

Commission a casting in Denpasar
Kapit Mas lists the metals it casts and offers model development separately. If you have a drawing, you can ask the workshop about making the model as well as casting the piece.

Look for more makers in Buleleng
The first link opens the Buleleng section of the provincial directory of creative businesses. The second lists the Buleleng makers selected for a 2024 craft exhibition. A name in either document gives you a starting point. To pursue a commission, look for a current offer and a way to reach the maker directly.
