- Every object is made to order: production takes about two weeks, then the order ships.

- Catalogue pieces: one exchange within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.
- Pieces made to your individual specification are final sale; anything damaged or not as ordered is put right at STRUGA expense.
Brand
STRUGA is independent dark sterling silver jewelry. For the international market every object is handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia, by master silversmiths, in 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, the international standard. How the work is done is shown on Manufacturing.
Made to order
STRUGA works to order. Each object is cast for a specific order rather than taken off a shelf, so stock is not a condition of ordering. Production takes about two weeks, and the order ships after that.
Shipping
STRUGA ships worldwide. Cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout, and the destination country may charge its own import duties. Every order goes out in STRUGA packaging.
Payment

Returns and exchange
- Catalogue pieces: one exchange within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging; shipping both ways is covered by the buyer.
- Pieces made to your individual specification — Custom Order, engraving, custom sizing — are final sale.
- Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered is put right at STRUGA expense, including shipping.
- Where the law of your country grants a mandatory right of refund, it stands.
