Frequently asked questions
How much does the ring weigh, and how does it sit on the hand?
The Double Line ring is 6 grams of 925 sterling silver. You feel its weight on the finger, but it never pulls at the hand. The form is unisex and made for everyday wear.
Why is the ring called Double Line?
The ring carries two parallel rows of links running side by side — hence the double line. The link itself is the SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC form. The ring is assembled from joined links rather than cast as a single band, so you can see it is a structure, not a solid shank.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the finger you intend to wear it on. Between two sizes, take the smaller one. If you already own a STRUGA ring that sits the way you like, write to us through Custom Order and we will match it. Available sizes: 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22.
Why does the silver darken, and how do I care for it?
The surface is Living Silver — 925 sterling silver with no rhodium plating. The ring arrives light and darkens with air and skin: the recesses of the relief deepen, while friction lifts the raised edges back to light. Patina is a property, not a defect. To bring the metal back to the light, care for it with a soft cloth or a silver-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths.
What is the SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC family?
SIGNATURE ASYMMETRIC is the first form of STRUGA, from the CODEX world. Its aesthetic came out of CNC machining of sheet material: sharp edges, even planes, recessed cuts. STRUGA carries this single form across different types of pieces — from pendant to chain link to clasp — making it the most widely represented form in the brand. Each piece is handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia.
