The amulets of this family differ widely — from quiet and classic, a Japanese reading of minimalism, to large and declarative. The most expressive is the THORN amulet: a halved-torpedo form with a crystal grown inside; an homage to Daniel Arsham.

A raw green tourmaline held at the tip of the medium Thorn Amulet — the only bright-silver medium in the line that carries a green stone.
The cone is cast in 925 silver in medium size and left unplated, so it arrives bright and darkens later on the wearer. A diagonal opening cuts across the lower tip and the tourmaline sits inside it, recessed and caught from the side rather than standing proud. Short barbs run along one flank of the cone. The clasp is a separate part: a hinged U-shaped huggie with four short thorns, two to a side, and STRUGA stamped down its flat face. It passes through the lobe and carries the cone on a jump ring. Handmade, one piece at a time.
Thorn Amulet is a type within the AMULET family, voiced through the RITUAL world. Its form is a torpedo cut in half, as if found in the ground thousands of years later, with a crystal grown inside — an homage to Daniel Arsham. The THORN geometry is the same one the brand started with on CNC, now cast in volume.
The stone is a wild-growth green tourmaline — uncut, unset, pale and translucent, closer to bottle glass than to emerald. Four of the eighteen Thorn Amulet earrings in the catalogue carry a green tourmaline, and two of those four are blackened; this is the bright one at medium size. At 5.4 grams it is also the heaviest of the bright mediums, where the rest of the line sits at 4.9 to 5.0. STRUGA describes the stone as material, geology and form — not as a source of power. An amulet is an object and what it means to its owner, with no promise of any effect.
Made this way: the form is modelled first, in 3D or in wax. A silicone mould is taken from the wax model and the silver is cast. The master finishes the cone by hand, then picks the stone and seats it in the opening. This tourmaline was chosen for this body alone, and there is no second one like it.

Who wears it, and when
This is one earring for one ear, not half of a pair. It suits someone who already wears a single earring and wants the next object to stay in the light rather than go dark: next to a bright hoop or stud in the other ear, the cone reads as a match in metal and a break in form. The drop is short — the cone hangs just under the lobe and stays inside the line of the jaw, so it clears a collar or a high neckline instead of catching on it. At 5.4 grams it is felt on the lobe without pulling at it through a working day. The honest limit: the stone is small and pale, so from across a room the earring reads as a silver line, and the green only arrives at conversation distance.
