AMULET — STRUGA earrings and necklaces built around raw, wild-growth stones. The amulets of this family differ widely — from quiet and classic, a Japanese reading of minimalism, to large and declarative. The most expressive is the THORN amulet: a halved-torpedo form with a crystal grown inside; an homage to Daniel Arsham.

This is an amulet: the AMULET family, the world of RITUAL. What holds the family together is not a shape but a raw, wild-growth stone, and the Thorn model is its most expressive one. Its body is a halved-torpedo form, as if dug out of the ground after thousands of years, with a crystal grown inside — an homage to Daniel Arsham. The form itself comes from THORN, the third form of the brand: a thorn of sharp angles where CNC and 3D-modelling meet.
Double Thorn carries two of those bodies. The bar passes straight through the piercing: one body sits in front of the lobe, the other goes behind it. The bodies point their tips in opposite directions, and the stones lie in open channels at the outer ends: one tourmaline dark green, the other brown-olive. 7 grams sit in the ear as a present object, with no drag. It is worn as a mono earring — one, without a pair.
The surface is Living Silver: 925 silver with no rhodium plating. The metal is matte and light, and it darkens on its own — the recesses of the relief go into shadow while friction lightens the raised edges and the tips of the barbs. This is not a surface blackened in advance; here the darkening is a property of uncoated metal, not a technique applied to it.
How it is made: the form is modelled first — in 3D or by hand in wax. A silicone form is taken from the wax model, and the silver is cast. A silversmith finishes the piece by hand. The stones go in last, into finished bodies: every casting comes out with its own micro-variations, and no two tourmalines are matched the same way — which is why piece #3 exists in a single copy.
