1. Purpose

This agreement protects the confidentiality of designs, ideas, and personal information shared by the Client ("You") when placing a Custom Order with STRUGA Design ("We", "STRUGA").

2. What We Protect

When you share design ideas, sketches, references, photos, or descriptions with us for a Custom Order, we treat this information as confidential. This includes:

Your original design concepts and sketches
Reference images and inspiration materials
Personal measurements and specifications
Communication about your order
The fact that you placed a custom order (unless you consent to share)

3. Our Commitments

3.1 Non-Disclosure. We will not share your design ideas, sketches, or order details with any third party without your written consent.

3.2 Non-Reproduction. We will not use your custom design to create pieces for other clients. Your custom design remains unique to you.

3.3 Portfolio Use. We may photograph the finished piece for our portfolio or social media only with your explicit written consent. If you prefer your piece to remain private, we fully respect that.

3.4 Data Protection. Your personal data (name, contact, address) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your original design concepts
You may request deletion of all your design materials at any time
You may withdraw consent for portfolio use at any time
You may request a copy of all data we hold about you

5. Our Rights

STRUGA retains rights to its pre-existing techniques, manufacturing methods, and design language
General jewelry-making skills and knowledge remain STRUGA property
This agreement does not restrict STRUGA from creating similar styles or categories for other clients — only your specific custom design is protected

6. Duration

This agreement applies from the moment you submit a Custom Order request and remains in effect for three (3) years after delivery of the finished piece, or three (3) years after the last communication if the order is not completed.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules in force at the time of the dispute. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English.
