Brutalist Bracelets
Weight is the specification
Six bracelets, from 16.7 to 95 grams. That is a factor of nearly six, and on the wrist it is the difference between a piece you forget and one you are aware of every time you move your arm.
Everything else — form, family, finish — matters less than this number.
How the links are built
Five of the six carry BLADE, the second form of the brand. BLADE began with a chain link, made in a CNC aesthetic: even planes, as if cut from sheet material. The link itself is assembled from two halves on copper pins and soldered into one whole.
That construction is why a BLADE link holds its edge instead of rounding off with wear — and why the heavy bracelets in this selection hang the way they do.
Mini and Big
There are many BLADE links: Mini Links and Big Links — one form in two sizes. Mini go into women's bracelets, chains and chokers; Big into large men's bracelets and massive chokers. Both always close with a massive Carabiner #2 Big.
Living with a heavy bracelet
The first days you feel it constantly. After that it becomes background — until you take it off and your arm feels wrong.
Silver darkens in the joints between links and stays bright on the faces, so the structure of the chain becomes more legible over a year rather than less. This is the piece where patina does the most visible work.
Sizing
Measure your wrist and add room for the bracelet to move. A heavy link bracelet should sit loose enough to slide — a tight fit on 95 grams is uncomfortable within an hour.
Care
Cloth or silver cleaner between the links whenever you want them lighter. Take it off before the pool. Five pieces are silver; one combines silver with carbon.
