The band is open: a narrow gap between its two ends lets it slide onto the edge of the ear, and each end is cut into a step. The faces are flat and even; the outer face carries the engraved name. On the model photographs the cuff sits on the upper rim of the ear, above a slim silver pin earring in the lobe.
How to choose between S, M and L
The BLADE ear cuff is one form in three silver sizes and one carbon size. The size follows the edge of the ear: the thicker the edge, the larger the size.

M weighs about three times as much as S and less than half as much as L. The silver sizes are made to order in about two weeks; the carbon cuff, in Classic Graphite or Arctic Graphite, takes about four.
