Is silver a good gift?
Yes, silver is a fitting, neutral gift. The old superstition about tears is folklore, not a rule. Handcrafted 925 silver develops a living patina over time and is worn for years.
What to give if you do not know the size?
Choose earrings, a necklace or a pendant — they have no size. Some bracelets and chokers do have a size, and it is shown on the card. A ring needs a finger size.
Can I send the gift to another person?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name, phone and address. We assemble the gift, enclose a handwritten card and never put the price or receipt in the box.
Can I order a gift for myself?
Yes. Choose a piece for yourself and add gift packaging and a card if you wish — even when the gift is for you.
Can I pick up the gift in Bali?
Yes. Choose the Bali pickup scenario, set a desired date and a contact. We will prepare the gift and confirm pickup details after your order.
What to bring from Bali as a gift?
A handcrafted silver artifact is Bali island craft, not a souvenir. Every STRUGA piece is made by hand from 925 silver and arrives in a signature box with a card.
How long does production take?
Usually 7–14 days. If a piece is in stock we ship sooner; if it is made to order, we confirm the timing after you choose the model.
What is included in the packaging?
Every piece arrives in a signature STRUGA box. On request we enclose a handwritten card with your text.
Is a receipt placed in the gift?
No. The price and receipt are never placed in the gift box.
A ring as a gift — what about sizing?
If you are choosing a ring as a gift and are unsure of the size, write to us before ordering. We will suggest a safe range and tell you whether resizing is possible for that specific model. Resizing depends on the ring's construction and is arranged separately.
