STRUGA — wholesale terms

STRUGA partners with concept stores, galleries and design-led retailers worldwide. Below are the standard wholesale terms. Specifics are negotiated in conversation against each partner's brief.

1. Minimum order

First order: minimum order value $500 USD.
Repeat orders: minimum order value $300 USD.
Custom pieces (one-off designs): minimum is agreed individually based on complexity.

2. Pricing

STRUGA does not publish a wholesale price list. A discount can be obtained on small first orders; conditions tighten as the partnership matures. A single order of $10,000 USD secures STRUGA's lowest wholesale price for that partner — and it remains in place on every subsequent order, regardless of volume.

3. Payment

First order: 100% prepayment.
Regular partners: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipping (after several successful orders).
Large partners: individual payment terms agreed in conversation.
Methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Western Union.

4. Production and delivery times

In stock: ships within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order (catalogue pieces produced after the order is placed): 14–21 days.
Custom pieces (one-off designs developed for the partner): 21–30 days.
Large orders (100+ units): 30–45 days.
Delivery: 7–21 days depending on destination.

Made-to-order and Custom are two different services. Made-to-order means a catalogue piece is produced after the order is placed (no stock buffer). Custom means a one-off design developed for the partner (a new piece, not a catalogue item).

5. Shipping and logistics

Shipping cost: calculated individually by weight, volume and country.
Free shipping: on orders over $3,000 USD (most countries).
Insurance: recommended for all orders (typically 2–3% of order value).
Tracking: provided for all shipments.
Customs duties: paid by buyer.

6. Quality control

Every piece undergoes quality control before shipping.
Photos of finished pieces sent on request.
925 hallmarks on every piece.
Standard wholesale packaging; co-branded packaging possible for larger orders.

7. Returns and exchanges

Production defects: full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Order error: free replacement or refund.
Change of mind: custom pieces are non-returnable.
How to proceed: contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

8. Territorial exclusivity

For larger partners, STRUGA can offer exclusive distribution rights in specific cities or regions. Terms are negotiated for purchase volumes from $20,000 USD per year. Single-city exclusivity is more common than country-level.

9. Co-branded production and custom design

Co-branded production (private label): possible from $5,000 USD minimum order.
Custom design: developed in conversation; lead time and price agreed in brief.
Co-branded packaging: possible for orders from $2,000 USD.

10. Marketing support

High-resolution product photography.
Product descriptions and care instructions in the brand's voice.
Care instructions, technical specifications and 925 hallmarks.
Social media support for larger partners.

11. Confidentiality

All information about pricing, partnership terms and order volumes is confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

12. Terms modification

STRUGA reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect after partners are notified by email.

How to start the partnership

Write to contact@strugadesign.com with a short brief — company, space, city, market, what you carry now, expected initial order size. STRUGA's team replies within a few working days with a wholesale price list drawn from the brief.
