STRUGA DESIGN is pleased to collaborate with distributors, dealers, and retail companies worldwide. Below are our standard wholesale partnership terms.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- First order: Minimum order value is $500 USD
- Repeat orders: Minimum order value is $300 USD
- Custom pieces: MOQ is discussed individually based on complexity
2. Pricing and Discounts

* All prices are in USD. Special terms for regular partners are negotiable.
3. Payment Terms
- First order: 100% prepayment
- Regular partners: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipping (after 3+ successful orders)
- Large partners: Individual payment terms (negotiable)
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Wise
4. Production and Delivery Times
- In-stock items: Shipping within 3-5 business days
- Made-to-order: 14-21 days
- Custom pieces: 21-30 days
- Large orders (100+ units): 30-45 days
- Delivery: 7-21 days depending on destination country
5. Shipping and Logistics
- Shipping cost: Calculated individually based on weight, volume, and country
- Free shipping: For orders over $3,000 USD (most countries)
- Insurance: Recommended for all orders (cost 2-3% of order value)
- Tracking: Provided for all shipments
- Customs duties: Paid by buyer
6. Quality Control
- All items undergo thorough quality control before shipping
- Photos of finished items provided upon request
- Certificates of authenticity for 925 sterling silver
- Packaging: standard wholesale packaging (custom packaging negotiable)
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Manufacturing defects: Full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt
- Order error: Free replacement or refund
- Change of mind: Returns not accepted for custom orders
- Procedure: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos
8. Territory Exclusivity
For large partners, we can offer exclusive distribution rights in specific regions. Terms are negotiable for purchase volumes of $20,000 USD per year or more.
9. Private Label and Custom Design
- Private Label: Available with MOQ from $5,000 USD
- Custom design: Design development negotiable
- Branded packaging: Available for orders from $2,000 USD
10. Marketing Support
We provide our partners with:
- Professional high-resolution product photography
- Product descriptions in English and Russian
- Certificates of authenticity
- Information about materials and care instructions
- Social media promotion support (for large partners)
11. Confidentiality
All information about pricing, partnership terms, and order volumes is confidential and not to be disclosed to third parties.
12. Terms Modification
STRUGA DESIGN reserves the right to modify these terms. All changes take effect after notifying partners by email.
